All clear after bomb threat on Brenner, closures lifted

Brenner – After traffic was blocked around the Brenner train station in South Tyrol due to a bomb threat, train traffic resumed operations on Wednesday evening after an all-clear. The previous road closures, including the Brenner motorway (A22), were also lifted, South Tyrolean media reported. The threat was made by a train passenger during a police check, RAI Südtirol reported with reference to the ANSA news agency.
