An unusual move occurred this Wednesday (4), in the game between Chelsea and Southampton, in the English League. During a corner kick in the 40th minute of the game, defender Jack Stephens was sent off after pulling Marc Cucurella’s hair.

The Spanish defender fell to the ground with his hand on his head after having his hair pulled by his rival. The referee responsible for the match raised the red card after reviewing the video. The move was interpreted as aggression by the Saints captain.

At the time of the expulsion, Chelsea were winning the match 3-1. Disasi, Nkunku and Noni Madueke scored for the London club, while Joe Aribo scored for the hosts.
