São Paulo returns to the field this Sunday (08/12), at 4pm (Brasília time), against Botafogo, at Nilton Santos. The duel is valid for the 38th round of the Brazilian Championship.

Already qualified for the group stage of the 2025 Libertadores, Tricolor only fulfills the table in the competition. Botafogo, on the other hand, needs to win to lift the Brazilian championship trophy.

São Paulo lineup against Botafogo

Pablo Maia, Jamal, Liziero and Galoppo, injured, are out of the match. Calleri and Welington, absent against Juventude, are doubts.

The tendency is for coach Luis Zubeldía to make changes to the starting lineup and experiment with different formations in the two remaining matches, aiming for tests for the 2025 season.
