Excellent, moist gingerbread You can prepare it in fifteen minutes, even without using a mixer. You can successfully use a whisk or fork to make this recipe. You can use a blender to grind sugar full of molasses (you can also replace it with cane sugar) and bananas. However, use fruit that is ripe enough to mash easily with a fork.

Before you get started baking gingerbreadprepare the appropriate form. It will work best 30 cm long cake tin.

To prepare moist gingerbreadyou will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 120 g of muscovado sugar,
  • 3-4 ripe bananas,
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey,
  • 100 g of liquid butter,
  • 230 g of cake flour,
  • 1½ tablespoons of cocoa,
  • 2 tablespoons of gingerbread spice,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 100 g of dark chocolate,
  • 50 g of whipping cream (30%).

Combine eggs and muscovado sugar in a bowl. Do not grind, but grind with a blender so that no lumps of sugar remain. Add peeled bananas. Blend everything until smooth. Add honey and butter to the mixture. Mix until ingredients are combined.

Sift all loose products into the mass – flour, cocoa, gingerbread spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix the dough again until the ingredients are combined.

Grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs a 30 cm long cake tin. Pour the dough into it. Place in the oven preheated to 175ºC. Bake for about 45 minutes (until the stick is dry). Set aside to cool.

Melt the crushed chocolate with the whipping cream in a pot. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until a uniform glaze is obtained. Let it cool and pour it over the gingerbread.
