Renate Sandler comes to the lobby of a Vienna city center hotel for a conversation, neither a minute too early nor a minute too late. You ask where she would like to sit. After all, you know what is appropriate. The etiquette trainer orders an espresso and the conversation can begin. She says she felt a passion for questions about good behavior as a child. Her mother was a housekeeper in a noble house, where Renate Sandler was often taken and was allowed to feel like a little princess. And learned that with good behavior you could achieve more in life.
