The São Paulo Court approved the company and its indirect controlling companies, Intercement Participações and Mover Participações, the cement manufacturer said this Thursday.
The court decision determines the appointment of a judicial administrator, the suspension of all actions and executions against the Intercement group and gives a period of 60 days to present the company’s judicial recovery plan, according to a relevant fact Intercement disclosed to the market.
