Collaboration now covers Spanish-language markets, with the exception of Brazil, and expands the brand’s presence in regional events
The UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), on Thursday (Dec 5, 2024), expanded its partnership with BetBoom. The collaboration, which previously covered the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS),Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russian Federation, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia and Azerbaijan now includes the Latin American market, with the exception of Brazil.
BetBoom, under the new terms, will be the UFC’s official betting partner in Spanish-speaking Latin America. The brand will be highlighted at UFC Fight Nights events in the region and will be shown during specific pay-per-views in Latin America.
Nicholas Smith, vice president of global partnerships at TKO, commented on the expansion: “We are excited to take our collaboration with BetBoom to the next level by expanding into Spanish-speaking Latin America.” He highlighted the importance of the Latin American market for both organizations.
The partnership also includes activations at UFC event venues, such as BetBoom fan booths and content display on in-arena video boards. The brand will be present at fight week activities, including press teams and weigh-ins.
BetBoom will begin a new partnership during UFC 310, which will take place in Las Vegas, on Saturday (Dec 7). The event will have 14 fights on the card, with Alexandre Pantoja defending his flyweight title against Kai Asakura.
