Belgian cyclist Remco Evenepoel (Soudal Quick-Step) will spend “eight weeks without cycling” after a serious accident in training that left him with several fractures, the boss of the Belgian team he represents said this Saturday.
According to Patrick Lefevere, he suffered “five different injuries, including scapular ligaments”who carried out the operation, and “doctors say eight weeks without cycling”he told the Belgian media.
