On cold days, we like to drink warming drinks. It is often winter tea or tea with spices. However, it would be a good idea to reach for cocoa with some addition, which will not only warm you up and be very tasty, but will also have a great impact on our health.
Cocoa is often referred to as the healthiest drink in the world. This is not surprising, because it contains many valuable ingredients that can have a positive impact on our health. First of all, it is found in cocoa beans magnesium, phosphorus, zinc or iron. It also contains polyphenols, tryptophan and vitamins – A, C, E and those from group B.
Thanks to this, cocoa has many beneficial properties. Among other things, it can prevent aging processes through its content antioxidants. Apart from that supports our immunity and increases energy levels.

The addition to the cocoa in question is pumpkin mousse, which we usually associate with the famous pumpkin spice latte that reigns supreme every fall. However, it is also a good one an addition to cocoa, because it goes perfectly with the taste of milk.

Preparing healthy and delicious cocoa with pumpkin mousse is not difficult, and it will allow us to enjoy an extremely tasty and strengthening hot drink. The ingredients we need to prepare this nutritious cocoa are:
- 1/4 dune Hokkaido,
- 500 ml of milk,
- 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa,
- turmeric,
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil,
- honey,
- ginger,
- cardamom,
- a pinch of salt.
We start preparing the drink from: peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Place the pumpkin in a pot, add coconut oil and season with spices. Then mix everything and heat on low heat until the pumpkin is soft. Then we add honey to it (in the amount corresponding to our preferences) and mix everything.
The next step is to mix the milk with cocoa and heat it. Finally, put the pumpkin puree into a cup and pour in the prepared cocoa.
