The former boss of the Slovak underworld Mikuláš Černák (57) could be freed again after more than 25 years behind bars. A decision on his parole has not yet been made, as the hearing was adjourned indefinitely. In the meantime, Černák received an invitation to a match from former bodybuilder Milan Reichel (59), with whom he shares a common past. As he writes, Popradčan wants to settle scores with Černák in the cage. After many months, a response to the call came from behind the bars.
Reichel wishes Černák to let him go. He has a reason for that. “He tells everyone what kind of guy he is, so if they let him go, then we can give it to each other in a boyish way. Really boyish, sporty. We can give it our all in the cage. When such exotics who can’t even box can fight there and fill the halls, why can’t we do it. It would be a duel that many people would like to watch. I’m ready for it, but not after him. So that five, six people would come… They would have to catch me, blow me up with a knife and cut off my head,” said the ex-bodybuilder, who wants to resolve disputes like a boy.
A lawyer representing the MMA organization met with the former boss behind bars. According to media reports, she offered him a contract for 50,000 euros. However, the owner of the organization refutes this. “Černak did not show interest in this fight, he was not willing to negotiate the conditions or anything related to the mutual fight. So there was no draft of any contract or negotiation of any financial conditions,” he claims.
Monika Křivová, the friend of the convict, also commented on the course of the meeting for the newspaper. According to her, it was as Černak said. “Maybe the lawyer is trying to save it. She came there saying there was a contract. No one claimed that Miki had actually seen the contract and that they were offering 50,000 or more“, she responded. “The gentleman from MMA partially questioned it. Miki has a letter from the lawyer in which she indicated to him what she would like from him and that she would come to visit him in connection with that,” Monika added, adding that the lawyer only told him about the contracts, but did not put anything on the table.
Křivová declared on behalf of her partner that she is not interested in a fight with Reichel. “After all, if he is free, he will have a court order to meet regularly with such people, let alone in a cage… It is below his level. He wouldn’t risk his freedom for anything.” she emphasized. Her words were confirmed by Černak himself, who spoke from the bass.
In the opinion, he said that when he registered the call in the media, he felt a transference of shame for Reichel. “I didn’t react to it at all, because I consider it just a cowardly provocation on his part, since he knows that such a match between us would mean my return to prison. Milan Reichel was one of the key witnesses in my trial, where he convicted me to a life sentence,” noted Černák.
“I also told the lawyer in question, who subsequently approached me about this matter, that neither I will not respond to her offer even if she offers me 10 times the amount that was offered to me by her for the above reasons. I’m also of the opinion that various celebrities, YouTubers, rappers and stand-up comedians like Reichel should also leave this sport to those who know it and have been dedicated to it for years, because only then does it have seriousness and value, ” he thinks.
