In an interview with the website “Uol”, Firmino was honest about the possibility of playing for Corinthians one day and confirmed his desire to play for Timão when he returns to Brazilian football.
– I put it in prayer and when the Lord wants to do it, confirm it in my heart, (it will happen). The desire to return to Brazil has increased in my heart. But my focus today is here, I have another year and a half on my contract – said Firmino.

According to Rafael Reis’ blog, on “Uol”, the 31-year-old striker has a salary of 22 million euros (R$117.8 million) per season. Therefore, he receives around R$9 million per month. To give you an idea, Depay, Corinthians’ most expensive salary, has a salary of around R$3 million.
