Habera & Team offered a great Santa gift: Strong words Paľa!

Fans of the Slovak music scene received a wonderful Santa gift on Friday evening, when the group Team with Pavlo Haber played the final Slovak concert on the Haber & Team Tour 100 tour here. A total of 14 concerts were in the group’s program, seven each in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. They played the thirteenth in Bratislava, the fourteenth is still waiting for them in Ostrava.

The arena does not often experience such a great atmosphere as it was on Friday night. Already at the first song, I have nothing to lose, the first audience got up from their chairs. The others were A woman named Panika, Ode to those journeys along the body, Draft in the wallet, I fly in it too, With you without you, Song for the shy, Dictionary of other people’s dreams, Showbiz is hard work, Life is boring, I have a taste for you, and Severanka.

In the middle of the concert, Habera moved to the auditorium, he chose two ladies for whom he sang the songs We were once loved and Love don’t travel by train, accompanied by him on an acoustic guitar. When he returned to the stage, he was surprised by a young girl who threw her arms around his neck and kissed him. All her friends will surely envy her for a long time.

The concert continued with the hit Mama Kami from the movie Fountain for Zuzana 2others were Short Loves, Little Night Storm, It’s in the Stars, I’m Holding a Place for You. Mikuláš also gave the audience an encore in the form of two megahits Demanding and Reklama na ticho.

Large rear projection, excellent sound, built wide stage with up to three piers, which Habera often used. Without three minutes, two hours of a great music show made in Team. As Captain Haber commanded from the stage, the troops in the audience obeyed. When he ordered that now you have to jump, they jumped, now you have to wave your hands, so they waved, when to clap, they clapped, now shine your cellphones, so they shined.

And what is most important, when they sing, they sang. Really loud, they mastered the lyrics, both old and young, which the frontman from the stage appreciated more than once. He also greeted the guests, among them was Daniel Hevier, the author of several texts for the group, or Július Kinček, who played a musical part in several hits. Energy to give, radiated from the stage and from the audience.

“The Czech Republic did not surprise us, the Czech Republic is stable, but we were very surprised by Slovakia. How positive the tour was and how many people went. Nothing has changed, it’s the same songs, the same people. It just finally fit the way we wanted. That’s how Slovakia really kicked us this time. We always had the feeling that we were one-third in Slovakia compared to two-thirds in the Czech Republic. But this time it was half and half, in fact we haven’t had such a positive tour in our entire career, and we’ve been playing for 40 years.” reviewed the tour for TASR Pavol Habera. He added that the group has already booked amphitheaters for 2027.

The six-piece consisting of Pavol Habera (vocals), Dušan Antalík (séol guitar), Ivan Válek (bass guitar), Juraj Tatar (keyboards), Matej Morávek (accompanying guitar), Igor Teo Skovay (drums) gave fans a great Santa gift. They didn’t even have to put a polished shoe in the window…
