Frizzy meatballs
The first thing you need to do is cook one cabbage in a pot. Once the cabbage is done, roughly chop it. You will definitely come across strong ribs while slicing. Those don’t belong in the meatball, so take them out. Put the cabbage in a bowl.
Then move from chopped cabbage to oatmeal. Take roughly a larger handful and grind them. Then take whatever poultry ham you’re in the mood for or whatever you have in your fridge. Cut it and add it to the cabbage with the oatmeal.
Then take 3 cloves of garlic and press them. Add to the other ingredients together with salt, ground black pepper and marjoram crushed between your fingers. Mix all the ingredients until you have a texture that resembles raw meatballs.
Depending on the thickness of the dough, also add fine breadcrumbs. Mix everything thoroughly again. Add salt and pepper to taste. From the meatball mixture, move to the fridge for a moment.
Perfect and hearty meatballs
Take one egg from the fridge. Crack it open and separate the yolk from the white. Beat the egg white, then add it to your meatball mixture and gently fold it in.
And you’re almost done. All you have to do is make meatballs out of the mixture. Then coat them in semi-coarse flour and fry them ideally in a Teflon pan with a little oil. Then all you have to do is transfer them from the pan to a plate, and you’re done. Bon appetite!
