The result keeps Manchester City in fourth place in the Premier League, with 27 points. The gap to leaders Liverpool currently stands at eight points, but could increase if Reds due to a storm that hit some regions of England.
Crystal Palace now adds an important point in the fight against relegation, reaching 13 points and occupying 16th place.
