Cardiff – Storm Darragh caused traffic chaos and widespread power outages in Great Britain on Saturday. A man died when a tree fell on his car in northwest England, authorities said. According to the Energy Networks Association, power went out in 86,000 households in England, Scotland and Wales in the morning.
