The São Paulo Court will decide this Sunday (8) whether to keep the 19-year-old man arrested on suspicion of involvement in the murder of , from Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).
Matheus Soares Brito will undergo a custody hearing at the Barra Funda Criminal Forum, in the west of São Paulo. For the police, he would be responsible for helping to take the crime scout to the state of Rio de Janeiro.
He was detained at the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP) and was transferred to the 2nd Police District (Bom Retiro) late Saturday afternoon (7).
Matthew’s brother, Marcos Henrique Soares Britoaged 22, and their uncle, Allan Pereira Soareswere also arrested, .
Matheus was the target of the Civil Police while Allan and Marcos were arrested in the act by teams from the Tobias de Aguiar Ostensive Rounds (Rota).
The Civil Police believe that five people directly participated in Gritzbach’s murder: two shooters, a driver, a scout at the airport and another suspect responsible for the escape.
