A viral post deceives by using an old video of , Minister of Planning. From , it shows the speech of the then senator during (). The speech, , was edited, with mention of dates removed. The excerpts, , were taken out of context to convey the misleading idea that they are current and related to .

In contact with the report, the ministry said that the post is “fake news”.
