Many Czech viewers know it well marquee stars Adela and Viktor Vincze, at least thanks to the fact that their dance show enjoys the same popularity as in Slovakia. Adela spoke to the portal about the reasons why they will no longer appear in it.
The audience must prepare for the change. Neither the judge Adela Vincze nor the moderator Viktor Vincze will be in the next Let’s Dance shows. After Vincze was supposed to get a stop as a Let’s Dance host on the tour and in the upcoming spring series, Adela refused to participate in the continuation of the project. In the latest interview, she explained the deeper essence of her decision.
“I can’t imagine that I would sit there under such circumstances and pretend that everything is fine. At the same time, I think that people need bread and games, and that everyone is replaceable. I didn’t want to damage the project because I love it so much, and I struggle with the feeling that I’m making things difficult for the people I love and whose work I respect. I’m not doing this out of defiance of Let’s Dance or Marquis, but because of the current actions of television management. I’m still trying to separate it from the brand,” Vincze declared.
In a similar vein, she responded earlier to our website’s question about her departure. “I’m not going to the next series, since Viktor was removed from the TV version as well as from the tour as a reaction to his activity in the news in recent months. I wouldn’t feel well in such a setting. Viktor stood up for the right thing, devoted a lot of energy to it, sacrificed a lot of personal well-being, as well as our common well-being, this is the least I can do in this matter,” she said in the statement pre Koktejl.sk.
Her husband Viktor Vincze continues to work as a presenter of Televízny noviny. After the departure of Michal Kovačič, he also became the head of the union that supervises the news. The television itself, despite the unexpected decision, did not resent his partner. For years he stars in countless projects.
“Adela Vinczeová received an offer from Television Markíza to appear in the entertainment program Let’s Dance, which she did not accept. which we fully respect. Television Markíza is always interested in working with the best, of course, also with Adela, so we look forward to the possibility of cooperation on other programs and opportunities in the future,” Markíza TV PR chief Andrea Macáková told Koktejl.sk.
