After the president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was to drain a hematoma, the Sírio-Libanês Hospital is holding a press conference this Tuesday morning (10) to update the health status of the Chief Executive.
according to the bulletin released by the hospital. The surgery was uneventful and the president is in good health under medical supervision in the ICU. The team is led by Roberto Kalil Filho and Ana Helena Germoglio in São Paulo, where Lula was transferred after the pain began in Brasília.

In addition to the press conference, a new updated medical bulletin on Lula’s health status will be issued in the morning, the hospital said.
An MRI identified an intracranial hemorrhage, resulting from the accident at home in October. when he hit his head and needed five stitches in the back of his head.
The accident led Lula to cancel a series of international trips, such as going to the Brics summit in Kazan, Russia; the UN summit on biodiversity COP16, in Colombia; and the UN climate summit COP29, in Azerbaijan.

In 2011, after completing his second term as President, Lula was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer and, the following year, announced that the tumor had ceased to exist.
