Experts have no doubts. Eating raisins regularly it has a positive impact on our health and can prevent many diseases. They are also recommended for pregnant women, because their systematic consumption prevents the risk of premature birth.

As you can see, raisins not only can you eat them every day, but it is even recommended due to their scientifically proven health-promoting properties. It is clear that everything should be in moderation – also in this case you should not overeat. Dietitians recommend eating no more than 40-50 g of raisins a day.
