Customers reported problems on the platform this Wednesday (Dec 11); bank guarantees integrity of funds
Users of the app used social media this Wednesday (Dec 11, 2024) to complain that the money invested in the bank had disappeared. According to reports, some accounts opened with a balance of R$1.
“Bradesco disappeared with my money”said one internet user.
According to customers, the inconsistency in balances occurred in current accounts and applications.
In a note, Bradesco stated that the issue was related to viewing the balance invested in Invest Fácil, on the application’s home screen. The institution ensured that customer values were safe and could be accessed in the “Statements” or “Investments” sections of the app.
The bank also highlighted its commitment to “quick problem solution” and with the “transparency in communication” with your customers. “The bank reinforces that the values remain intact and is working to normalize viewing as quickly as possible and regrets what happened”stated the institution.

“Bradesco informs that some customers are unable to view the balance invested in Invest Fácil on the application’s home screen. The balance can normally be viewed in the “Extracts” or “Investments” options on the App itself. The bank reinforces that the values remain intact and is working to normalize viewing as quickly as possible and regrets what happened.”
