The operation was conducted by the Specialized Police Station for the Repression of Farm Crimes (DEFAZ), with support from the Capital and Interior Police Department (DPCI) and the Agricultural and Forestry Defense Institute (IDAF). In total, 29 search and seizure warrants, kidnapping of goods and valuables, as well as specific actions involving people involved, were executed.

Around 60 civil police officers were mobilized and it was carried out in Rio Branco, Epitaciolândia, Xapuri and Bujari, in Acre, and also in the states of Alagoas and Paraíba.

Among the materials seized were cell phones, vehicles, computers and even a roulette wheel used in irregular draws. During the investigation, a person was arrested at one of the targets, as he had an open arrest warrant issued by the district of Manaus, and was suspected of being part of a criminal faction. However, this arrest is not directly linked to Operation Hunter Tiger.

The general delegate of the Acre Civil Police, Henrique Maciel, highlighted the continuity of the high-impact actions carried out by PCAC since the beginning of the year. “The Acre Civil Police has dedicated itself to dismantling criminal schemes that harm the economy and society as a whole. This operation reaffirms our commitment to law enforcement and the protection of citizens,” he stated.

Delegate Igor Brito, head of DEFAZ and responsible for the operation, highlighted the teams’ commitment during the investigations. “This is a complex action that involves several investigation fronts, from financial crimes to illicit activities that have a direct impact on society. We are interrogating those investigated and analyzing the seized materials to investigate responsibilities further,” said Brito.
