Magic with a blender

Mix, mix! Peel 500 g of potatoes and cut them into cubes. Place them in a blender and blend together with 1 chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 eggs and 2 spoons of plain white flour. To make the pancakes softer, you can also add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, a little pepper and salt to the basic dough. Heat some oil in a pan. Use a spoon to form patties and fry them for 3-4 minutes on both sides.

Enhancement with sausage or cheese

Let the finished potato pancakes drain on paper towels to remove excess fat. Serve the toasted pancakes immediately. They are good cold, but they are tastier warm.
