Macron wants to appoint new prime minister “in 48 hours”.

Paris – Barely a week after the fall of the French government, President Emmanuel Macron announced on Tuesday that he would appoint a prime minister “within 48 hours.” According to participants, he said this at a meeting in the Elysée to which, for the first time, the leaders of all parties, with the exception of the left-wing and right-wing populists, were invited.
