Filipa Torrinha Nunes was recently on the SIC Caras program ‘Passadeira Vermelha’, together with Joana Latino and Nuno Azinheira, commenting on the latest celebrity news.
At one point, when they were talking about one of Marco Paulo’s heirs, firefighter Eduardo Ferreira, Liliana Campos made an observation that deserved a reaction from the commentator and psychologist.
“He is not a volunteer, he is a firefighter. He’s not fighting fires, he’s opening locks and those things that firefighters do.”said the presenter.
Perplexed, Filipa Torrinha Nunes said, in a tone of irony: “We just discovered that Dudu, who is a firefighter now suddenly opens a little lock and saves a cat from the branch. I think it’s fantastic, that’s what this program is for, I don’t know how to explain it any other way.”.
This Tuesday (10), the commentator and psychologist was challenged to comment on her words and explained that she never mocked the Fire Department: “Apologize, making fun of us firefighters? Where we enter, you flee!”wrote one of the followers.
Filipa Torrinha Nunes then contextualized the entire situation and put the ‘dots through the i’s’: “On yesterday’s program what I did was “make fun” of what was said about the firefighters and not “make fun” of the firefighters. There is a big difference, in fact, but I understand that the line can be fine. I will always be sorry when someone is hurt by something I say.”.
