A passenger died during Gol Linhas Aéreas flight G3 7748, which departed from Brasília to Miami, on Tuesday (10).
According to information from the portal G1the woman fell ill on board and received care from two doctors who were among the passengers, but she did not survive. The aircraft landed at Miami International Airport with the passenger dead.
In an official note, Gol confirmed what happened and stated that “all procedures foreseen for cases like this were carried out in accordance with what is recommended by international regulatory bodies”. The flight landed in the United States at 3:55 pm (local time).
The airline regretted the episode and reported that it is providing assistance to the authorities and people involved. The case is being investigated to clarify the causes of the incident.
