The first thing you need to do is prepare the spread. Take 3 cans of meat and put their contents in a larger bowl. Then take 3 shallots and finely chop them. Add to meat. Next, take 10 anchovy fillets, and also cut them and add them to the bowl.
Next, take about 5 spoons of capers and since you don’t need to cut them, immediately throw them into a bowl. Chop up 12 cornichos pickles and 3 handfuls of smooth parsley and add to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Cheap, simple and like a pro
In the bowl where you have all the ingredients, add 100 milliliters of mustard and 5 cloves of garlic. Stir and add salt and pepper to taste. The spread is ready, now it’s time to make the toast. And that is very simple.
Fry individual slices of bread from about half of the loaf on both sides in a pan with a little oil. But before they are ready, put them in the oven for the last few minutes. This will ensure that the toast will be crunchy, but not so greasy. And you’re done. After removing the toasts from the oven, spread them with a clove of garlic and serve them with your spread.
