The radio community mourns the loss of a well-known presenter. Robin Ayers of KBLA 1580 Talk Radio passed away in early Decemberinforms the portal. She was 44 years old.
“On behalf of her precious family, we are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved colleague Robin Ayers on December 5th. Robin was a bright light. You could see her beaming smile over the radio. We all appreciated her immense talent, loved her jovial spirit, celebrated her love of family and honored her faith in God.” mourns her colleague.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. Especially with her husband Rob and her twin daughters Brooklyn and Madison. We ask that you join us in praying for the Ayers family who are going through difficult times,” he added.
Robin hosted the daily show The RA Report with Robin Ayers, in which she interviewed celebrity guests and reported on news from the entertainment industry. Robin has also worked at EURweb and contributed to TheJasmineBrand, BET, OWN Network and Fox. The cause of her death is not yet known.
