The aim was to revolutionize Viennese coffee house culture with plant-based pastries. Now the end has been announced. Investors are said to have withdrawn from the project
It was probably one of the biggest and most exciting openings of the year in the Viennese gastronomy scene. The vegan pastry shop Moriz opened in the 15th district in June. Vegan croissants, patisserie, even curd dumplings with a specially invented curd filling were on offer.
