On the official page of the Duma (the Russian Lower House) one could read the message “Russia does not exist”while the Constitutional Court website was inaccessible, showing only an error message.
The official pages of the Constitutional Court and the Lower House of Russia were the target of cyber attacks and the authorship was attributed to the information services of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The information that the Internet servers of the two institutions were attacked by cyber experts was released by sources from the Ukrainian intelligence services and the Ukrinform news agency.
This cyber attack took place on Russian Constitution Day.
