At least 3 people died and 39 were injuredfive of them serious, due to an explosive thrown at a fair in northwest Thailand allegedly by some youths involved in a gang dispute.
Police arrested two young people in connection with the attack that occurred around midnight on Friday at the Amazing Land Doi Loi fair organized by the Red Cross in Tak province, the state-run Thai PBS channel reported this Saturday. Some witnesses saw several young people throwing a explosive against a dance area of electronic music in an event attributed to a dispute between bands in Umphang district.
Two people died at the scene, while another died in the hospital, where the injured, including a 14-year-old minor, were taken.
