SÃO PAULO (Reuters) – Invepar reported this Friday that it has reached an agreement with CCR () for the sale of its entire 4.73% stake in the VLT Carioca concessionaire, in addition to the assignment of the credit rights it has in relation to the company , according to a relevant fact to the market.
According to Invepar, which operates in the airport, urban mobility and highway segments, the operation expects to receive R$67 million upon closing, in addition to an additional installment of R$30 million, depending on certain conditions set out in the contract.
In a separate statement, CCR informed that it will hold 99.90% of the asset after the completion of the transaction.
