French company, leader in corporate benefits, doubled its customer base in 2024 and surpassed 700 thousand users in Brazil
The French company Swile, leader in corporate benefits, won 2024 in the “Benefits Card” category. “The Reclame AQUI Award is not just an achievement, but validation of our commitment to making the customer our highest priority,” said the company’s CEO Julio Brito. “In a highly competitive market, reputation and service are strategic differentiators, and Swile is proud to lead this transformation with innovation and proximity”, highlights Brito. Swile doubled its customer base in 2024 and surpassed 700,000 users in Brazil, and even so managed to reduce the volume of SAC calls, with a 300% drop in the number of contacts per customer. “Our mission is to ensure that all customers, at any touchpoint, have the best experience possible. This victory is the result of a dedicated team and an approach based on data, technology and proximity to consumers”, comments Adriano Gandolfi, director of customer experience at Swile. This year alone, the company was recognized at The Customer Summit Awards 2024, in November, in the “Customer Focused Culture – Best Engagement Strategy” category and won bronze at SMART CUSTOMER 2024 in the “Customer Experience Automation” category.
