Patrícia Abravanel and Luciano Huck will appear together during the program “Domingão com Huck”, on “TV Globo”
A TV Globo and the SBT will pay tribute to presenter Silvio Santos this Sunday (Dec 15, 2024). The event will take place at the annual Best of the Year awards, presented on the program “Domingão com Huck”. The information is from the website.
During the ceremony, Patrícia Abravanel, presenter of SBT and daughter of Silvio Santos, will be on stage in the program with Luciano Huck. The presenter will present a trophy in honor of Silvio.
A video will also be shown with testimonials and remarkable scenes from the life of the presenter and owner of the SBTwhich on August 17th as a result of bronchopneumonia. He was 93 years old.
Patrícia will also give a speech, on behalf of the Abravanel family. The tribute will be broadcast simultaneously on TV Globo and by SBT. It is expected to be from 7:45 pm to 8 pm.
According to , negotiations for the tribute had been ongoing since April. The idea came from Luciano Huck, who spoke personally with the Abravanel family.
A TV Globo and the SBT They already made a joint broadcast in 2003. On that occasion, the then presenters of “Domingão do Faustão” and “Domingo Legal”, Gugu and Faustão, went live to promote a Nestlé advertising campaign. The programs were competing for ratings at the time.
