Russian forces took control of the villages of Veselyi Hai and Pushkino, in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry reported this Sunday (15).
The ministry also said Russian forces struck and destroyed four Patriot air defense systems.
Russia’s air defense systems destroyed 15 Ukrainian drones overnight. Thirteen drones were shot down over the Black Sea and one over the Russian border regions of Kursk and Belgorod, the Defense Ministry said.

For their part, Ukrainian air defenses destroyed 56 of the 108 drones launched by Russia during its last night attack, the Kiev military said on Sunday.
The company added that another 49 were “lost to location,” usually due to electronic interference.
Debris from the destroyed drones damaged an unspecified portion of infrastructure as well as apartment buildings and homes, the air force said.
