The governor of , (Republicans), appointed this Monday (16) Diego Allan Vieira Domingues as executive secretary of the Secretariat for Investment Partnerships (SPI).
He was head of the secretariat’s cabinet, responsible for concession and privatization programs in the state.
Domingues will replace André Isper Rodrigues Barnabé, who in October was transferred to the Transport Agency of the State of São Paulo (Artesp), where he holds the position of general director.
The new executive secretary has a degree from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering (FEI) and a master’s degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
In the public sector, he held several positions at the State Treasury and Planning Secretariat, in addition to being a supervisory advisor at the Foundation for the Development of Education (FDE).
