The city of Rio Branco reported this Monday (16) about the total shutdown of the water supply system in some neighborhoods in the municipality.

According to the note, the action occurred due to the collapse of part of the water intake at ETA 1 during this morning.
The problem compromised the PAD structure, which is responsible for transporting water from the catchment to the treatment plant, causing the structure to stop.
According to management, negotiations indicate that supply will be partially resumed around midday this Monday, with full normalization by Tuesday morning.
“We ask for everyone’s understanding and inform you that our teams are working intensely to resolve the problem in the shortest possible time”, highlights the city hall.
