On Monday night (16), a customer who was at Via Verde Shopping decided to cancel the purchase of an imported perfume at the Renner store, generating comments about the service and presentation of the products.
The customer, who preferred not to be identified, expressed his dissatisfaction with the packaging offered by the store.

According to him, the high price of the perfume did not justify the lack of more sophisticated packaging.
“What they offer is a plastic bag in very bad taste. A store that charges so much for its perfumes not offering decent packaging is complicated!”, said the customer.

He also highlighted the irony of the store offering packaging for purchase, instead of providing at least one gift wrap, as happens in other establishments.
“What I found funniest, to say the least, is that they offer packages for customers to buy. That doesn’t make sense,” he added.
