Garnacho wins 2024 Puskas Award with his bicycle kick goal

Argentine Alejandro Garnacho was the big winner of the 2024 Puskás Award, given for the most beautiful goal of last season. The young Manchester United player received the award this Tuesday, at a ceremony held in Doha, Qatar.

The goal that earned him the distinction was a stunning bicycle kick, scored in Manchester United’s victory over Everton on November 23, 2023, in a Premier League match. At the time of the celebration, Garnacho did not forget his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo, as he celebrated with the iconic “Siiii” that made the Portuguese star popular.
