Interviewed by Maïtena Biraben for the media LadiesMazarine Pingeot recalled a difficult memory of her life: the funeral of her father, in January 1996. That day, the two wives of the President of the Republic, Danielle Mitterrand and Anne Pingeot, were gathered to greet François Mitterrand, the love of their lives, one last time. Certainly, the moment was not very easy for both families. But everything ultimately went well that day, remembers Mazarine Pingeot.
“Everyone lived in this intelligence”
