Putin is preparing for war against NATO and sets a very specific deadline

Notice to sailors from Russia. Last Monday, the Ministry of Defense, headed by Andrei Belousov, announced that the Kremlin is more than prepared to begin an open and total war against NATO in Europe for the next decade.

These words were supported by the Russian president, who He assured that the conflict waged in Ukraine is currently turning in favor of Moscow, which is, according to Vladimir Putin, at a key moment and in which both Ukraine and the allied countries are more nervous than ever so far.

But if we return to the words of Defense Minister Belousov, It is worth highlighting some references made regarding the NATO summit that was held in July and from which he rescued some of the military doctrines agreed upon at that time by the US and the members of the Alliance as reliable proof that Russia must prepare for a large-scale conflict that will break out sooner rather than later.

“The activity of the Ministry of Defense is based on guaranteeing full preparation for any medium-term scenario, including a possible military conflict with NATO in Europe in the next decade”were his words during a hearing at the Ministry in which President Putin was also present.

To be prepared when this scenario occurs, Belousov pointed out some guidelines that The Kremlin will have to continue to live up to it in the coming years, even more so “taking into account the nature of future military conflicts.”

In this sense, He mentioned the plans that the United States has in mind to modernize its nuclear forces, as well as the opening of a US anti-missile defense base in Poland or the new plans to prepare for war by the Alliance, among which are the deployment of American missiles in Germany in 2026.

Furthermore, referring to the nuclear-capable missile recently used by Moscow, he pointed out that the US could develop hypersonic missiles in a very short time with which it could attack Moscow in just eight minutes.

For his part, Vladimir Putin wanted to thank and make special mention of his troops, of whom he assured that “they have a firm strategic initiative along the entire battle line. Only this year 189 population centers have been liberated.”

He also pointed out that, Approximately 430,000 Russians had officially joined the army compared to 300,000 in 2023which reinforces his position that the course of the war is turning in his favor.

No red lines

Finally, Putin did not waste the opportunity to accuse the West of pushing his country to “red lines” to which he has already warned on numerous occasions that he is not going to give in, and has threatened several times to take direct retaliation against the West if this happens.

“They (Western leaders) are simply scaring their own population into believing that we are going to attack someone.” there using the pretext of the mythical Russian threat,” Putin said.

“The tactic is very simple: they push us up to a ‘red line’, from which we cannot go back, we begin to respond and then they immediately scare their population,” concluded in his appearance.
