The ex-mayor of Dolné Chotár asked for the return of his property: the Supreme Court ruled!

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court (NS) of the Slovak Republic annulled the sentence of confiscation of property to František Dor, the ex-mayor of Dolné Chotár, who was legally convicted. This follows from the information provided to TASR by Alexandra Važanová, spokeswoman for the NS. Dora is serving a 25-year prison sentence for ordering multiple murdersactivities for the benefit of the criminal group of tentmakers and economic criminal activity.

The penalty of confiscation of property was imposed on Dor in September by the Specialized Criminal Court in Pezinok. The former mayor appealed against him.

Dora, his son Dora Jr. and two others previously faced indictment for multiple murders, fraud, drug crimes, as well as from membership in a group of tentmakers. The purpose of the murders was to silence the so-called white horses.

The group of tenters should have been responsible according to unofficial information, approximately 100 human lives.
