“The commander of the Russian radiological, chemical and biological defense forces, Igor Kirilov, and his deputy died” due to the explosion, he added.
UK sanctions
The building entrance was severely damaged and the windows of several apartments were broken, according to images published by Russian media. “A has been opened criminal investigation for murder of two soldiers in Moscow,” announced the Investigative Committee.
