The police subjected the driver to a breath test with a positive result of 1.94 per thousand, the repeated breath test had an upward trend – 2.04 per thousand. “After completing the necessary procedural steps, the driver went to the police custody cell and ended up being charged with endangerment under the influence of an addictive substance,” stated Ivanova.
