Athletico and Grêmio face each other this Wednesday (18/12), at 8pm (Brasília time), in the second round of the Ladies Cup, one of the most traditional tournaments in women’s football. The game will be at the Canindé Stadium, in São Paulo (SP).

The teams are part of group B. In the first round, last Monday (16/12), Athletico drew 2-2 with River Plate (ARG) and Grêmio drew 0-0 with Sport. The first place in each group advances to the final.

The duel pits the 2024 champion team from Paraná against the 2024 champion team from Rio Grande do Sul.

The fourth edition of the women’s football competition started last Sunday, December 15th, and runs until December 22nd, next Sunday.
