Is it possible to replace butter in baked goods? It turns out that there are quite a few alternatives.
Margarine – so quickly replaced butter
If you also think that butter cannot be replaced by anything else in baked goods, you are wrong. A cheaper alternative is, of course, margarine, which can also be crushed, whipped, but also melted like butter.

How to use banana in baked goods?
- Just peel it and then blend it or mash it thoroughly with a fork.
As a substitute, the banana must be present in the same proportion as the butter in the cake baking recipe.
Avocado? Here is the fattest fruit
We have ripe avocados on hand, but we don’t have time to go to the store for butter? We can prepare a great substitute for baking from this fatty fruit.
- It is enough to make a puree from it, which is suitable for sandwiches and is also excellent for baking cakes.
- If you mash the avocado thoroughly with a fork or blend it, you will get a full-fledged substitute for butter.
How to use it? In the same proportion as butter.
