He claims that the company which according to her, it is owned by the sponsor of the Hlas-SD party, which concluded a contract with the Slovak Mining Museumbelonging to the Department of the Environment, the entire amount of money should have been paid before the delivery of the work. She informed about it at Thursday’s press conference. In this context, the deputy also announced the filing of a criminal complaint with the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Slovak Republic. He objects to several criminal acts, such as abuse of the authority of a public official.
Remišová also objected to the extension of the deadline for the delivery and implementation of the works by half a year. As she further stated, in the public procurement from September of this year to eliminate the dilapidated state of the building, the given company finished in last, fourth place with the most expensive offer, with the fact that a few days later the entire public procurement was canceled and the competition was repeated again.
“This time, the result of the repeated competition was the announcement at the end of November that the only final bidder, who, of course, won the competition, is the company sponsoring the Voice, which originally finished last with the most expensive offer.” said Remišová.
According to her, the result of the procurement is that who the original winner had to carry out the renovation for approximately 94,000 euros, the new winner will do it for almost 150,000 euros. According to her, the deputy considers it remarkable that up to 75 percent of the contract is to be carried out by a completely different company, which is a subcontractor according to the contract.
