Fresh snow has dusted the rock faces and jagged glacial escarpments that close the valley in Switzerland’s Saas Valley. Snow is also the only reason why the duo Wham! and a film crew came here 40 years ago to accompany the song with moving images that is now the most successful Christmas pop song of all time: Last Christmas.
