The operation includes the blocking of R$1.8 million belonging to those being investigated and the seizure of real estate acquired by one of the magistrates involved.

According to the PF, “successive suspicious real estate operations promoted by those investigated were detected, with the apparent purpose of disguising the illicit origin of the money used to finance the purchase of residential properties and vehicles”. The name of the operation, Sisamnes, refers to an episode from Persian mythology, where a judge was bribed to issue an unfair decision.
