In addition to the infusion, we can also prepare a sage rinse. We make it basically the same way as an infusion, only increasing the amount of leaves to 2-3 teaspoons to make the rinse more intense. Of course, we use it only when the infusion has cooled down, so as not to irritate the tissues with too high a temperature.
